What is the lead time to get my order?

Answer

When you place an order we will add you to our schedule and let you know your ship date according to our lead time. If you would like to know a ship date before placing an order, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to let you know what our current available ship date is. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

What is "sola wood"?

Answer

Sola wood flowers are handmade with shavings from the tapioca root. Sola flowers are similar to real dried flowers, yet softer and not as fragile.

How much is shipping?

Answer

Shipping is FREE (U.S. Only) when you spend $35 or more! Your order will be delivered priority mail following the lead time. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days following the ship date. Your invoice will be updated with a tracking number the day your order ships and we will send you a copy of the tracking number.

Do you accept returns?

Answer

No Returns accepted unless part of the Buy Back program. If unfortunate circumstances arrive and you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately to discuss options. Pllease contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Are Beauties of Tanglewood Forest products "kid safe"?

Answer

Please Note: Our flowers are intended for special events and photo props. Please use with care and supervision for newborns, toddlers, and pets. Some of our products contain small parts that can pose as a choking hazard. Please do not leave young children unattended while wearing or using any of our accessories. Buyer assumes all responsibility.

How to care for our "sola flowers"?

Answer

When handled with care, our flowers can last a lifetime. Because our products are handmade, no two items are ever exactly alike. Slight variations in color, texture and shape are inherent in a handmade item and add a personal touch to all our creations. All our arrangements should be kept away from open flame, do not allow prolonged contact with liquids and are meant for indoor use only.
